If your business needs capital between $2,500 and $7,500 for equipment, project costs or operating you can be approved in as little as two business days for an Express Loan. All express loans are amortized for a term of up to three years with competitive interest rates.

For new businesses owners ages 18 - 34 Futurpreneur offers collateral-free loans at better interest rates than most banks. But they can’t do it alone. They are able to finance up to $15,000 per business plus give entrepreneurs the opportunity to work with a volunteer mentor. The Southern Ontario Fund for Investing in Innovation supports high-growth, innovative Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in rural and urban communities by offering loans of usually $150,000 to $500,000 to support all aspects of growth challenges facing them. The loans are intended to help finance:
Late stage commercialization;
New product or service development;
New applications or markets; or
Development or implementation of new processes or technologies.
